^^yeah theyre on the DMV site, i actually prefer the normal style but with personalized lettering. i dont like designs or anything like that. cool xlub pic though

What enthusiast doesn't have one? That's why I don't complain about NYS's requirements for 2 plates...whenever I turn them in, I always say I lost one. The one at the top was my only personalized plate before I realized that I prefer not to become a target for haters....

You have to find out if NJ DMV issues BMW CCA plates....check their website.

Generally Leases do not allow personalized plates since technically you do not own the car- the lease company does. In PA I am 100% sure. Only 99% sure about NJ and NY.

I'm not so sure. I have personal tags on the MINI and they never asked if it was owned or leased (it is owned). Even if a vehicle is leased (in PA) the owner is still responsible for registration and tags.

Not correct! I have a lease, and have a personalized plate. I just transfer it from one car to the next.
