e46 coupe rims fit e90?

I have a set of 19' CSL reps on my e46 coupe. Fronts are 19x8.5 with a 40mm offset 235/35/19 tires. and the rears are 19x9.5 with a 45mm offset and a 265/30/19 will that fit on my friends 330 e90 (non-sport) ??

I have the same size and seems that they not fit my e91 year 2007.
Next week i will try to mount with tires.

I think you will need spacers. i will let you know.
