I have a set of beige leather power sport seats for an E90. Note that these don't have the side airbags, so they won't fit a 2011 (not sure which year started having the side airbags). Also, there are some creases on the seats from where they were banded during shipment to me. I've had them detailed, and hopefully the creases will lessen with time. I can deliver within the Atlanta area. I don't have pics at the moment as they are sitting at my installer in Roswell, but I can send you pics on Monday. $500

All e90 front seats have the side airbags so yours have them or they are not e90. Pics would help. Are they heated?

One more thing. To my knowledge, the only difference in the seats was that for the LCI model year on (2009 on) was the introduction of active headrests.

So, yes, the issue did turn out to be the active head restraints. I could install them in my 2011, but the airbag light would always be on. So, no. I'm not sure if they are heated or not. I have a bunch of pictures, but can't get them to load. I think I'll put them on ebay. Check there.
