That would rock. Friendly drag races just to see. Operative word being 'Friendly'....

I'm wondering how long it will take before we have any sort of even loosely organized drag racing at a track with a scale so we can really see where the cream of the crop is.

I wanna see some side by side tune vs tune grudge racing!

I'm assuming most people who rock tunes feel the same. So If there are lots of 50k+ miled cars rocking 15+ psi, I want to know about that! That's fantastic! It will really help me sleep at night
There are a lot. Mr.5 has been running a heavily modded 335i for a while now. I think the DME's fast knock adaptation and DI really help on the longevity of the things here. Obviously that doesn't affect turbo life, but speaks a lot to the durability of the engine.

I think Terry also posted that he is tweaking the pump gas maps also cause he figured something out. Man 1.3 is looking better everyday.

Personally I wouldn't want to run my stock turbos at 17.5 psi..... congrats on the numbers... but correct me if i'm wrong, other than 'but this one goes to 11' ... it doesn't look like magic... just looks like 17.5 psi...

The turbos fall on their faces past 5500rpm..

you need bigger turbos!

Yeah, IIRC they blew up shortly after that. Not surprising though right?

You can download 1.3 beta 8C2 now if you'd like. I think at some point in the next few weeks they'll just call it a version and start working on 1.4.

I'd also be weary about running my turbos at 17.5+ psi. So what went wrong with the diverter valves? I'm assuming they just didn't hold the boost?

Correct-a-mundo. Terry is being cheap and not wanting to upgrade to Forge valves when he knows he should..lol

Any idea what the stock diverter valves are capable of holding, without needing to upgrade? Sorry for slightly thread jacking.
