Emailed them heaps of times as when they are going to ship my goods as they have the parts in stock, emailed everybody on there site- still no response after 5 days very very poor service now in dispute centre with paypal.

Didn't you check their feedback on customers before purchase? That's unlucky. Paypal will get your cash back. Don't stress.

After paypal dispute sent a message they finally emailed me and said sorry about the delay your parts were sent on the 1st.
Sorry they lost me as a customer no excuses for that, lazy one way to piss a customer off is not contact them for 4days.
Now waiting for my parts.

Well my M3 rear subframe bushes arrived today friday 10th 9days after they sent them, no complaints there only if they communicate with there new clients as to shipping dates.
That whats pisses me off, no replies back.

actually my experience with them has been good, I bought a water pump from them. Better communication than Tischer, at least in my case, and cheaper. What pisses me of is you cant call either company on the phone, and to contact Tischer, you have to download AIM chat to try to chat with them, then hope one of them is online, then hope they will respond to the chat
