Kerbed BMW 313 Alloy Front

Hi ,As above Ive just kerbed my BMW 313 Front Alloy, Are these Diamond Cut ? If so who Repairs these in the Mansfield Area ? Also How Much?, as its Only a small damaged area but very annoying .
