On the list so far:

1) recall
2) brake pads + rotors
3) wipers
4) investigation of engine codes valleymotorwerks pulled

I also want them to look into my Cobb codes.

Before I only had P29F3. Checked codes today and also had P2F83, P2F81, and H29F3. Of these new three, what am I looking at just for my knowledge before I take it in.
29f3 is a common code, no need to worry about at all.

Well this sucks. I'm in a 328 loaner until Monday or Tuesday. Missing the power, the B3 flash, the sports seats, and hating myself for leaving my V1 in there.

Also, Eric's a famous guy. Got name dropped at Elk Grove BMW for his internal trim wrapping.

Oil Change is easy. Get you some wheel ramps and the Oil Filter Housing Cap and your all good.

pays for itself after the second oil change. Maintenance only covers 15k miles. I do 1 in between.

How about next spring?

well actually now that i think about it, Turbos are good for 8 yrs 82k miles. would hate to have Niello flag my car because of DP's.

Speaking of warranties, I heard the stupidest thing today.

BMW shrunk its "what's covered under CPO" list. More and more I feel like CPO wasn't worth the extra payment because they won't honor everything that was supposed to be covered when I bought my car.

I will say that this feeling about CPO will quickly change if some repair does need to be made.

Chris Lawson was the one that told me about your trim.

He also was said turbos are 8 years to me. Although, I thought something was 10 because we lived in California.

For the most part yes it is covered under the eight year 82,000 mile warranty. Bob Caudle Verbally agree when we talked about it when I took my car in for wastegate Rattle.

So That being said I may or may not put in DPs.

Well since it takes you six months to drive 5000 miles I probably do the same.

Oh I didn't know you were gangster sipping on some Henny.

I just remember when I first met you asking you to hook up over at Oshima for a beer and you said nah I don't drink. Lol

Maybe that was I don't drink beer. Lol

50 miles radius!! How would that work to drive from turlock to vallejo?

does that mean no good indi shops around central valley?

yeah that's a good suggestion. I did change the oil with my friend once and it wasn't too bad.
I guess it does saves me money. However, I am at somewhere far from my house address and dont have the access to my tool and wrenches. It's probably not worth to invest another set, plus i will be moving again next year...

I will just do at dealer this time plus I need to do the recall thing too.
