Side mirrors on Reverse?

I know that the Right Side Mirror goes down when in reverse but when I pick the Left Side mirror driver's side it won't go down. Is this normal? So yeah the Right side mirror goes down but not the left side.

It's so you don't back into the curb which should be on your right side.

This is normal, but you can change the setting so that neither mirror tilts down when you are in reverse. There's no way to make the driver's side mirror tilt down automatically.

Flip your mirror selection button to the passenger side to have it NOT go down. I often have to do this so I don't run over civilians lol.
