I've just lowered my E90 LCI 330d on Eibach Pro's and Koni Yellows.

I'm also running 12mm spacers which I had before the suspension.

Now when I turn right above 15mph approx; I get a clicking sound.

This is wheel speed dependent and doesn't do it at low speed.

The faster I go; the faster the click and I can induce by weave hard left then hard right or taking a 90 degree right turn.

It also seems to get a little louder the more lock I put on.

We looked at the disc backing plate but that didn't seem to be touching or bent.

I can't feel anything through the wheel and the car feels great.

The right top mount bearing was a little graunchy but I can't see it being that as it would only turn based upon the steering input and then stay static where as the click is constant.

Any thoughts?

It could be the front sway bar end links if your car did not have the factory sport suspension.

Thanks Kent. The car is an M-Sport so would the sway links still be an issue?

No, they should be okay with M-Sport suspension.
