I remember once playing hoops watching a tall skinny guy throw a punch at a small wiry flip. The guy caught his punch and then punched the white guy with his own hand twice....game reminds me of that.

after 6 months of seeing my raise's effect on my savings, the resonable side of me says the turbo might be a bit much and a caymen s is a more logical next car.
What should I know about looking into 2010s and 2011s? |

I dont know why you consider WF snobbery over Jewel. The bakery goods at WF are all natural and no additives, and are far superior in taste in texture, who knows what man made crap is baked in Jewel bread, or any other thing for that matter.
Take the chicken, at WF no hormones, no antibiotics etc, as Jewel is plain old processed chicken, with all the bad stuff you should avoid. Jewel and stores like it, are fine for buying things that are basically okay regardless of the source or mfg, but for healthy eating, steer clear of the mass produced unhealthy, chemical loaded, toxic, name brand shit Americans eat. From frozen pizza and veggies to even the milk, is bad news at a regular supermarket, in case you have not heard. I lost 11 pounds, and my cholesteral dropped to lowest level in 5 years, living in China, as everything is fresh, nothing processed, nothing is frozen, its from farm to table, though you have to be weary of the source and shop at reputable places, but just like Latin America and EU, and Asia, the food supply is far healthier and less toxic than the crap Americans buy at the supermarket, loaded with with oils, sugars, and processed chemicals... Tonights Superbowl dinner at buddies- BBQ Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Red potatoes, asparagus, corn on the cob, red wine, homemade brownies and icecream and a big fatty Last edited by RaceBlood; 02-05-2012 at 09:59 AM.. |

Oh, and not anyone here per se', most of the fools that buy this healthy food don't cook or eat in a healthy manner such that I am more healthy than most of them. I buy organic produce...at the organic farmer's market that is 15 minutes from my house and all locally grown within 2 hours of my house.

As I was in the shower, I thought it would be unfair for me to not mention that I spent 5 years as the controller for a developement in Lake County that was a national model for green building profitably. The project was funded by some very prominent chicago families. Old money. Robber Baron money. FU money. And these were some of the most down to earth unpretentious people I have ever met.
Part of the project was the developement and promotion of an adjacent organic farm. The mission is to make healthy lifestyle accessible and affordable for everyman. Let me leave you with this question...and don't answer, just think about it. In what neighborhoods do you find WFs? What is the demographics of the neighborhoods that you don't find them in? And then tell me again how they aren't snobby pretentious places of status worship yet so full of their own virtue that they can't see that. /discussion |

Those who live in lower income neighborhoods aren't going to pay for fruits, vegetables, and other healthy food when for the same price or less they can get a bucket of chicken or five cheeseburgers and fries to feed their entire family. Hence the reason why you see McDonalds and Burger King everywhere in the boonies rather than WF or Trader Joe's. Blame the gubment subsidies which help bring you 99 cent cheeseburgers.

I eat healthy pretty much every meal of every day. I don't shop at WF or those places because I don't believe in paying the mark up for the WF name, but at some point you have to live a little. Where's the beer, nachos, hot wings, pizza, slabs of ribs, etc?
