Water trapped between door seals

Hi again
Whenever I open my front passenger door, water pours out onto the pavement. It seems to be trapped between the seals at the bottom. It doesn't get into the car but this doesn't happen to any of the other doors.
Is it the regulator or are there some holes in the bottom of the door that I need to clean out?

Mine does this whenever I wash it, on both doors. I think it's a characteristic of the door sealing and it doesn't leak at all, so I don't worry about it!

Mine does the same, pain when you have just cleaned the car got to open the door and water trickles out
