Crap that's very scary. I'm surprised no one's mentioned that the deer appears to have hit the windshield. If you we're going much faster, this could have ended very badly.

Consider yourself very lucky it wasn't a moose! Feel bad for the deer.
Don't think the car is damaged that bad. if roof and pillars aren't bent, it might be ok to fix radiator etc. Performance front and performance grilles can be a way to go. Nothing wrong with having a brand new radiator, windscreen and bonnet, plus some hoses under the turnk and new engine cover. An Indy shop would repair it easily but who knows... might be your lucky chance to get yourself into an F30.

I've used Daniels Collision before, they do good work and you should be good hands. Had a very similar collision myself just like that (similar damage) and Daniels repaired it to better than new. They're also the only BMW NA certified repaired center in PA.

The accident happened at 3:05 am and at 3:25 there was a man with a pickup asking if he could have the Deer. I am not kidding... Central PA is no joke, they love roadkill.
Gus and Jim-Bob (I assume these were their names) towed my car back to Allentown and were both pissed I didn't save the animal for them. |
