Too good to be true?

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1925943.htm

19k for a 4.2 RS4 without insane miles.... Not listed as a CAT D either... I think it's a scammer though he does have a PH profile!!!

How long has the ad been on? If it was genuine then that should have sold within 24hrs of being on there.

If it wasn't genuine then what's the point in that? Is it to get your there then bash you on the head and run off your your cash? (or something like that?)

You just wouldn't touch it would you. No pictures, dodgy looking name, limited information. We've all put an advert up in a hurry without pictures but you always explain that you'll upload the photos in the next couple of days but wanted to get the advert up in the meantime.

Dodgy .

I went to school with a guy called A Birdi...

It's a shame that we are not 'legally entitled' to go down there with £19,000 in crisp notes, kick his 'crew' in and assuming there is a legit car with papers that is NOT CAT D (and maybe even if it was at that price) leave him the cash and drive away happy in the knowledge that further scams would be avoided.

Then stick it back on PH for £23k and STILL be 2-3k cheaper than the rough arse alternatives at the bottom end of the market!!!

Regards
Matt
