I share mine you share yours? Tattoos!

Not saying its a good idea, but after getting this:

I told myself I wanted another at some point (and yes I know the numbers are not right, the left 2 have personal significance). Well, I am still young so I figured I would try and get all my foolishness done now. I told my room mate if I got the job at EuroWise I would get my shift pattern tatted on my right palm. Well, it happened, so I had to stay true to my word!

It hurt like HELL though. But was well worth it

Anyone else have anything they would like to share? And no I do not want to see your ass in this thread, keep it classy people.

I like the shift pattern, but I could never have that since I'm always shaking people's hands. What's the significance of lead?

How long do you have to wait before you can fap again? Or do you just use "the stranger"?

I love her arm. My fear is though the color fading and how many times would it have to be retouched over the course of my life. My wrist tattoo is 2 years old and the photos I posted are when I was retouching it in April.

With the new types of inks out there it shouldn't need to be touched up that often. It also depends on how much you're in the sun.

I'm not so sure finding a job is an issue he needs to consider. Looking at the photo, kind of looks like prison garb he's wearing.......

NONSENSE! This is foolishness that'll last a lifetime! At least they're small, discreetly located, and black only, vs. a tacky full-color sleeve or something like that.

properly done sleeves are awesome, which I'm pretty sure is the opposite of tacky.

They're about as tasteful as a mural on your car or motorcycle. Even if exquisitely done, it's tacky as hell. And from a distance you'll just look like you have splotchy blue/grey arms, too. LOL- and the car can be easily repainted when your tastes change, has a more even, smooth, flat surface to work with, won't get distorted and faded after a few years, and you don't have to take that car everywhere you go.

It's the difference between sculpture and painting. Both wonderful on their own, and garbage when mashed together; the sculpture is an uneven surface to paint on, making for an awkward and compromised end result, and the paint interrupts and hides the beautiful lines of the sculpture. The body is sculpture. Want it to look good? Take care of your skin and hit the gym- simple as that. Want pictures on it? Silkscreen a shirt- you can change it to suit your mood or the occasion.

Sleeves are great...if you're in the circus.
