Hello All!

My Z4 just became 'totaled' due to flood damage from Irene...therefore, I am in the market for a new car.

I am interested in a new 3 Series Coupe (06-09).

I would prefer a 335 and 6MT, however it is not necessary and would consider an AT.

Color really doesn't matter, but I would prefer: White, Blue, Black, Graphite color.

Under 50,000 miles.

CPO or existing warranty is a plus.

Little to no modifications is a plus.

1 owner preferred.

All maintenance records on file preferred.

M3 Bumper is a huge plus

Realistically, I would like to spend $25,000 but would go up to $27 or $28.

It actually had nothing to do with me. I actually took the car off the market months ago. Since I have owned it, I put 40k on the vehicle and had no problems what so ever, I have not been able to say that about any other car. I really enjoyed the Z4... sigh

I left it out of the garage during the storm and water got in through the soft top and collected at the bottom of the trunk, which is where the battery and a lot of electrical components sit.

I did not realize that there was water in the trunk so I drove it to work and while on the highway almost all of my electrical went out - it was actually a very serious and scary.

The insurance company came out and said that they do not even want to try to fix it.

Insurance is taking it, as the wrote it off as a total loss and paid me for it.
