Close to leasing a non-Nav E90.
Planning on getting a new GPS navigation device, just curious what kind of GPS systems people use with their E9x. Don't want to get the entry level Garmin GPS, they work fine, but are freaking boring and featureless. Does anything come with google maps? |

Typically, I use my iPhone with the Mapquest turn by turn directions or the built-in Google maps. I do this because I don't carry my Garmin around town and only take it when I'm going out of town.
I do enjoy my Garmin, tho. The maps are about a year old but they are pretty accurate. I have the basic Garmin, tho, as I have always had bluetooth in my car and don't need bells and whistles with my GPS, only decent instructions with spoken street names. |

Garmin Nuvi 265WT - includes traffic, has 4.5" screen, live traffic upates, speaks street names, etc., on sale from Best Buy online for less than $200. Spend another $90 for lifetime maps and you're set.

I've been using TomTom software on smartphones phones for years. Right now I have it on HTC HD2, previously on iPhone. Comes handy mostly when traveling, it saves me from carrying extra gizmo, charger, etc., and works as well as a dedicated portable Nav.
