Is OSS the only company that blacks out headlights?

Hey guys, I wana blackout my headlights. I have a 2011 N55 335i. It has the nice white angel eyes from factory, so all i want to do it black-out the headlight housings. Is OSS the only company that does this?

I live in So Cal is there anyone local that can do this?

Search for pjdizzles car. It's a white lci that was blacked out by the guys in California I think that do the LS3 angel eyes, Bavarian? Maybe.
