Well, about 2 weeks ago I bought my first 07 335i (the one I returned back to the dealer) without any engine mods (only had short shifter and M3 exhausts) the engine oil was running between 230 -240 which I thought was a little high. On this blue one with the intercooler and the aFe DCI the the highest level I have seen it at is at 190 even after heavy highway driving for about 80 miles straight. So it could be both of these mods are making it run a lot cooler.

I do notice a big power difference between both cars though. This blue one will fishtail like crazy if i hit the gas in first and 2nd gears towards the mid-higher rpm range. I think it has a lot to do with the AA performance chip though. I plan on taking it to the dyno sometime soon when I have some free time.
