ordered my procede (v 1.47... NOT V2) on september 5th and still havent received any word or notification on when/if it'll ship. vishnu seems like they have been slow lately.... especially with calvin not being on since the 14th, no word on V2 shipping, etc etc.
whats the deal? am i ever going to get it? i feel like im getting teased. sold my turbo tuner just to get this and it still hasnt arrived.... come on now. |

I am feeling the bitter after taste in my throat now because dates are fkin bullshit. Its like we are used for credit. Ppl paid for the V2 upgrade on the pretext it was promised to be shipped out on 10th September. Ppl all over the world woke up ahead of what their waking time would be to place the order for V2. Its still on the site. Yet no proper explanation is made to explain why this date is not met.

Why do you think the V2 turned bitter when i swallowed it? http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84095 Shiv shipping it out today??? http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...1&postcount=33 "Quote: Originally Posted by E90ice Shiv, I hate to be a brat, but any idea when the first V2 batch is going out? An Indian walks into a bank in New York City and asks for the loan officer. He tells the loan officer that he is going to India on business for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000. The bank officer tells him that the bank will need some form of security for the loan, so the Indian hands over the keys to a new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the bank. He produces the title and everything checks out. The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan. The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good laugh at the Indian for using a $250,000 Ferrari as collateral against a $5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari into the bank's underground garage and parks it there. Two weeks later, the Indian returns, repays the $5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41. The loan officer says, "Sir, we are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked out very nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked you out and found that you are a multi-millionaire. What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow $5,000?" The INDIAN replies: "Where else in New York City can I park my car for two weeks for only $15.41 and expect it to be there when I return?" Last edited by satinghostrider; 09-21-2007 at 04:39 AM.. |

Selling product before actually paying for the product is called float. Wal-Mart makes a nice profit off float, when they turn merchandise in a few days but have payment terms net-90. In fact, some say this is the only profit Wal-Mart makes.
Selling product that does not exist is called fraud. Selling software product that will maybe exist is called vaporware. |

LOL get use to it guys. Even though I think Vishnu is a pretty good tuner, they have always had this problem. I was laughing when people were saying that Vishnu had the best customer service ever... which at the time it probably was pretty good as he needed a large sample of people as beta testers to get his product out before everyone else. Naturally during that time the Xede was the best thing since sliced bread until he switched over to the unit made by Haltech in which case that became the new loaf of bread.
Then again to my knowledge Vishnu does not produce anything themselves.. it is all contracted out to other people... which the exception may be the wiring harness and some of the custom changes to the Procede software. So when you hear that it's almost done but it will be worth the wait... then they may just be waiting for their manufactures to finish producing the product. Not that big a deal but just have to think of Vishnu as a tuner and not a manufacturer.... then the wait times become a little more understandable. Vishnu has a big enough fan base on the board now that regardless of what happens, some people will support them unconditionally. The whole piggyback vs flash deal is another story all together |

Actually, I had surgery last Friday. Nothing big but it did slow me down a bit. Although vicodin has helped
20 PROcede kits are leaving here today. The rest of them are leaving when we get our next shipment of harnesses in (presumably early next week). We're trying to get some v2 kits out today but the clock seems to be moving awfully fast. Shiv |
