I never liked shows if your serious about running on the strip.

If you want a nice day out go!! If you want to run your car properly then a RWYB day is better!!

At shows you can que over an hour at a time to run and only Get a few runs in!!! On a RWYB you are queing 10 odd mins per run..

It's addictive mate!

Manual is more of a challenge than the autobox I guess. Am thinking it will probably spur me into getting round to doing the CDV delete mod!

CDV removal essential unless you have a new clutch laying about

and I want to try a Santa Pod ....well a "RWYB day" like Carlos said....duno what that is....

and I need to get the car on the dyno....

and on track....

Clutch Delay Valve, stops you dumping the clutch hard and breaking the tranny parts.
Only it slows clutch engagement making burn outs and hard getaways prone to slipping the clutch.
i.e. ruins clutch plates if driven this way.
Easy to remove, its under the gearbox, clips in and you just need to bleed the clutch pedal after.

Run What Ya Brung.
Turn up, pay, drive.

Guys.

EvoTechnik are going to this and we have 2 or 3 spots left for parking in our PRIME LOCATION DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE TRADE AREA.

The strip is obviously long, and Santa pod extends much further than that. We have literally the FIRST public area in the entire place for cars reserved for EvoT.

If you want to come along please drop me a PM by Weds latest! We'd love to see you there..

You can pick up ticket on the door for £14. Being on our stand is free of charge as long as you let me know asap.

We got 15 from EvoTechnik site going. Not too many from E90post though.

We do have a superb stand location directly amongst all the trade area so please consider coming along

We will leave the last 2 stand passes which were not claimed at the gate so when you arrive then by all means feel free to chance it and see if you can snap one up

Our stand area >>>> general parking stuck with all the random fords and vauxhalls and *shudders* french stuff

Went along today, attacked by bugs, sunburn, bit of rain, 1st in Class in RWYb (mate driving though

), 360hp/515lbft on the dyno (may be a bit optimistic

)
