This is an OEM Logic7 Tweeter that is plug and play compatible with the center channel speaker. I added this to the Logic7 system in my past E92 335i and it made a fairly remarkable difference in the sound quality and imaging of the factory system. The M3 I bought already it, so I no longer need it. It has already been shaved down (rather crudely but it isn't visible once installed) and can be installed and plugged in to the back of the existing center channel speaker. No additional wiring is necessary. The DIY is here although it seems the pictures are no longer there:

The tweeter is PN: 65139217912 and sells for $56 on Tischer before shipping. The retrofit start to finish took me less than 30 minutes to complete and is very simple to perform. Let me know if there are any questions.
