E92 Bmw Performance Exhasut!!

Can anyone confirm for sure does BMW PERFORMANCE EXHAUST fits E92 325 xi model. I heard some stories like XI models have some transfer case and routing wont fit?
Please if anyone installed let me know asap. Im about to buy tommorow and wanna be sure.
