Hi Tommy, I like it mate. Nice to see something different. I once looked at putting similar wheels on a MK5 golf gti!

Looks good dude, so easy to follow the crowd, but so much more satisfying to do something different.

So just another quick update from the last one the centre of the wheels basically got sprayed a Harley Davidson Candy Red, lips re-polished and laquered, lamin-x taken off which a lot of you will be happy about and added a 2mm spacer at the front ha. i also bought some x5 wheels that was local had them for about an hour then sold them to a friend with a bora. Anyway here is a few pictures when got the wheels back and at DC12.

Front looks better with the spacers and removal of lamin-x.....

Jury is out on the wheel colour for me, but as I said before fair play for doing something different!

I love these kinds of threads.

Good job on the car mate its unusual and unique. I'm not a big fan of the candy red though, the original colour is more my taste but its great that you aren't afraid to try something different.

Much better than the usual *New wheels* threads featuring another set of CSL reps

oh dear....whatever floats your boat mate....

I'm always in FOR good mods!... i.e mods that will enhance the performance, handling and looks of your car....especially the wheels on BMW, as the oem have addiction to "crack" and so many gorgeous after market ones available....GPower, BBS, etc....

i stand by my first comment...the wheels let this gorgeous car down...and its gone red now!...

Works from jap? i thought they are Porsche wheels?!
Anyway i think those wheels do suit the car but Candy red seems abit too much? I always love to see something different rather than keep looking at those 'CSL rep' all the time..

Good work, mate!

PICTURE UPDATE! Parts for sale!

So then, with me not been on here in about 4 months i thought a little update was in order to show all you guys what i have been upto! All that i have really done since my last update is take the old coilovers off and fit some new fk ones but that was 2 months ago and was just to get that little lower.

The most part of this update is going to be pictures of the car going to and from this years shows and just to inform people that the car is now back to standard and parts are for sale, including the nearly brand new fk coilovers.

Enjoy

New coilovers arrived

Fitted them (surprisingly only took 2 hours)

Full detail with the wheels off after fitting the new coilovers

The rest of the pictures are now just of the car either rolling or parked up!
Massive thanks to:
