Hi! So ive just "officially" joined the forum, been a reader for quite a while up until i just bought my 335i
Im 20, from the north east and my car is an 07 335i in sparkling graphite, black leather interior, sat nav, 38k miles. great package, i love it! i bought it from a company called "trevor jones car company" i feel the need to mention this guy as hes been mentioned before on these forums, gotta say ive NEVER felt more comfortable and confident with a salesman in my life. i seen the car when i was offshore and when i contacted him he didnt even insist on a deposit until i got home, but promised the car to me. that treatment continued right up until i bought the car, and even afterwards his aftercare has been tremendous, replying to emails and phone calls at late hours (mind you, not car problem related emails, the car is SOLID) but genuinely a nice informative honest guy. Would defo reccomend him. and a bonus is he only deals in performance BMW's! Check him out But anyway since buying it ive done a couple of things, first the 19" mv4"s have been powder coated anthracite. (Forgot to add, trevor had that done for me too) i then took off that ugly chrome grill, sanded, primered, and painted the sorrounds sparkling graphite with black inserts. Looks sweet! new white angel eyes are getting delivered tomorow. along with black & grey BMW wheel caps. sprayed front calipers red, backs getting done before i go back offshore next week. Cheers James |

Congrats on your car, just don't go mad in the 335.
It's a very powerful car even stock. I know if I had access to something like a 335 at the age of 20 there is a 100% chance I would have crashed it....after all I managed to write off a 50bhp Peugeot 106 at that age |

Looks awesome! Good to have another young owner, I'm also 20 but only managed a 325D...Still a 6 cylinder though, right?! I know exactly how you feel about wanting more, I've got used to mine already after coming from a 118D and I'm on the hunt for a decent remap. Also going to get the EGR/Manifold cleaned out and maybe a terraclean to try and recapture all the escaped horses - don't think this is an issue on the petrols though?
Enjoy it, and don't go and bend it - she's a stunner |

When i was 17 i had a vauxhall corsa 1.2l with 44bhp
Do i win anything. In all fairness OP says he's offshore (mega wonga) and the other lad is a 2nd liutenant so im guessing maybe in military so could be quite prosperous! I'll just stick to my sparky's wages and my soot chucker 4 cylinder lol |
