I have an earlier production (03/06) 2007 sports package w/6MT. With wood accents and red coral leather interior. And It also has iPod connectivity. Like a boss. No iDrive/GPS. I get lost a lot.

Are you going for sure?

For fun you should line up next to one of 1000hp+ Weistec CLK Black Series.

My official entry has always been a 997tt running Procede+PWM meth. But that isn't ready and our Procede+PWM E90 m3s would get crushed given some of the heavy hitters attending.

And the big single really hasn't had enough shakedown/testing time to be ready to raced, all day, at full boost just yet. Maybe I'll bring it down and do some lower boost passes for fun. Maybe give some rides to forum members.

I've learned my lesson long long time ago not to shortcut testing for a race. Especially one that doesn't provide contingency $$

You know Shiv, if you replaced the wood trim with fake CF wrap, it would add at least 1 hp. Good choice on the Coral Red leather though. That's a guaranteed 5 hp for sure.

Who cares if you get lost with 627whp? I'd never be happier to be lost than in a 627whp N54 lol!

another question i have is how are you relying on the stock map sensor to 22.5psi when it is a 2.5bar sensor capable of reading to around 21psi giver or take .5 roughly speaking?

Great work Shiv! Single turbo pioneer! Still can't believe how stress-free it seems like this motor is given how much power is being made!

How is the every-day driveabilty so far? I know in your regular procede maps, you held boost between shifts if shifted fast enough, is this enabled with the single turbo?

Also- it should really be noted that an LSD is probably necessary at this power level.

We need more videos!!

I don't see any harm running the big single with a conservative tune. Absolutely no reason to go run high boost all day without the proper R&D.

Pretty sure an LSD is mandatory unless you want your axles to snap.

Shiv, I've kept an eye on your solid work since back in my WRX days. Once I'm done with dropping the m54 in my e34, converting it to OBD1 and getting the dual vanos running, I'll be in touch for a PROCEDE for my 335i. Besides it being an excellent product, I'm always in to rep the Bay! Looking forward to your updates!

Shiv you need to give us a price so i can start saving!!!!

Im out of a 135i now and in a 1m and if this fits we could be doing business soon. Ill continue following your post but seriously if you could pm me any info that would be great.

Also i just purchased a aquamist hfs-3 pwm kit is that kinda of the same type of kit as the vishnu pwm.

I would love this kit for 6k but probably more with fueling upgrades and everything im guessing seriously interested tho.

Let us know if this would fit all n54 platforms

Plus, raising rev limits can void your warranty (see sticky thread about FASTA data/tune detection)
Cmon shiv you should know you can't rev DI motors! Glad to see you would prefer to up boost vs revs as thats much better on the motor.

We have 82k on original motor and literally the HARDEST driven n54 engine probably and its still running super strong. As long as all your factory parts is working properly there is no reason you should be scared or discouraged. This platform is built REALLY well to say the lease. We are here to provide the testing for you guys so when our products hits the real world market you will have a better peace of mind!! We TEST everything we sell and this Single Turbo kit is proving to work really well so far.

Back to testing for now.

Cheers.

Excellent work, I can't wait for news of XI compatibility. If anything it's helping me make up my mind about which tune to go with in the mean time ;-)

Shiv, does your car have a factory equipped oil cooler (I may have missed it you stated anything about this)? I saw that it was sport package which I think is one of the prerequisites for the factory oil cooler.

Since the turbo you are using does not have water lines I would assume it would be beneficial to have an oil cooler for longevity sake. Any input?
