Those are mint condition E90 fitment VMR VB3 "Hypersilver" staggered: 8.5" (+40mm), 9.5" (+33mm) with Toyo Proxy 4 M&S on them, complete with TPM's. There were a couple of scratches 1" and 2" on the front left and rear left rims, which I repaired using the BMW paint and clear which blends perfectly with the VMR paint. You can see repair from up-close, but it's almost indistinguishable from 3 feet and up. Please check the high-res pics on the bottom for the details. Tires are all-season high performance TOYOs and have ~ 4k miles on them (~ 90% wear left). http://toyotires.com/tire/pattern/proxes-4.
