20V Impact overtightened oil pan bolts. Lose and retorque or leave?

Doing some preventative maintenance in replacing the oil pan gasket while I had the car apart replacing turbos.
Putting the oil pan bolts back in I hadn't realized how low the torque spec is on them and seem to have over tightened them all with my 20V impact.
When I went back with a torque wrench I was hitting 8nm instantly and snapped one of the bolts on the 90 degree turn. Luckily I was able to remove the snapped stud without much difficulty but now I'm left with the question:
Do I loosen them all and follow the torque spec? Or should I leave them since they'll presumably already be stretched from the impact?

Thanks!

…and this is why one should not use an impact wrench to tighten bolts that call for a torque wrench. Aluminum bolts can fickle. I've continued to dig myself into a few holes after I should have stopped, so not throwing shade, but PPPPPP.

AT this point if you still have the car apart you might as well just redo them before the problem comes back to bite you. IE BUY new bolts! If its not now it'll be later down the line. Certainly put down the impact when replacing the others
