Unplugging MOST Fiber Cables (SIRIUS Retrofit)

I am attempting to install the SIRIUS module in my 2009 335i e90. I am having some problems with the MOST re-wiring. I can't figure out how to unplug the wires from the top terminal so that I can move them to the bottom terminal. The install guide says to use a small screwdriver to get them out, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do so. Any links/pics/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

-Dan

For each terminal, on one side (top), you need to pry the cover open (from the back, insert small screw driver and pry), to reveal little tabs that hold the cables. On the other side, the tabs are already exposed.

Also, do a search on MOST rewiring, etc, since this has been widely discussed before.

I've been reading through literally hundreds of threads and posts, but I can't seem to find out how to properly access the wiring.

What exactly are the cover caps and what does it look like when they are removed?

these should all help:

Once you remove the cap, remove one pair of cable, and put a flash light in the trunk to shine into the plug in the trunk. If this pair is correct, you should see one of them light up. Repeat this process with all the cables in x14280 until you get to the correct pair. Then continue following the guide.
