I imagine you could cut it out to fit. It is flexible, but the bottom detail would have to be molded. I would use dynatron and some of the PU parts you cut from the other bumper to make the edge detail on the left and right.

With dynatron, you can mold and sand it. You would have to paint the edge detail to match, but you may get away with just using spray touch up paint. Great idea!!

Check out my other posts for some dynatron molding work I have done. The stuff is amazing and very strong.
