Known issue: Oil Sensor Light

My CCA told me that there is a known issue regarding the software that monitors the oil sensor and that the check oil lights are going on.

Anyone hear about this.

I did a search on the site and found nothing.

yea i already had to get my sensor replaced....kept saying engine oil to low, but it wasnt.

its not the software, its the hardware

water vapor and such messing with it apparently

Im getting it too. I havent really worried about it. I suppose when I get a minute Ill take iot in and have the sensor replaced.

Hmmm..thats propably the reason the oil indication differs some times...
