Canadian ISF pricing.

Base model is $64,400.

That is the same price as a fully loaded 335 coupe!

Discuss!

///M3 all the way. Base sedan = $69,000. CAD.

Nah, I'm pretty sure the IS F is a good car, I just don't like it.

i'd take an IS-F over a 335i any day of the week. i've driven both and it's literally no comparison. the IS-F does EVERYTHING better than the BMW... except i'm sure the IS-F depreciates way worse.

Ugly, sorry, Lexus better stick with old man cars, they do a better job.

I've driven the IS and the GS, nice, but the IS was small, twitchy and buzzy and the GS was a tank. Great if you're 50 I guess.

I'll take 335xi everytime

Lexus did have Outstanding sales service, way better than BMW.

In my case (older guys!) with kids, the IS F is a no no it has worse proportions compared to the 3 series. Also fuel consumption with the price still going up I would take the 6 pot twin turbo vs. the V8.

BTW love Fifth gear and Tiff is an excellent driver also love Top Gear as well, have downloaded the past 3 years of both shows!

I dunno.. for that price.. that's not a bad car for that kind of power. Lexus traditionally build bulletproof engine cars. Pretty much, your car will go a million miles and still tick. Toyota and Honda are pretty much the car that if you want to keep for a long time with minimal problems, you buy those - other ones are black holes of money.

Seeing that the 350 is very similar to the IS-F, I need to note... I was thinking of getting the IS350 before I got the 335xi... however, after much testing and going back and forth, I went for the 335xi. The IS350 felt very cramped inside, like it was built for skinny small people (unless they wanted it more body hugging everywhere). The interior of the 350 felt like it was made of cheap plastic that was going to snap off in my fingers.... although I must admit I find it quite nice the dash layout and how there's more buttons everywhere. hahaha!

Ended up getting the 335 for reasons that not even the IS-F has... AWD is one of them.

I must agree with many of your points! I felt the same way and as I stated I have kids so it was a no brainer for me! My physique is not made for the car I'm 6'2", 235 lbs! Not getting the xi is my only gripe!

$68.9K fully loaded aparently. There are two packages. The higher one comes with NAV, DVD sound, rear camera and a few other things.

saw the E92 M3 at BMW Gallery this morning. $91K with all the options. Not sure how the price climbed $20K from $71K. F&PDI is $3K!!!!

Why would you make this statement? The new M3 is hoping to ship 100,000 per year, this means more and cheaper parts since the volume is higher.

I believe I read somewhere they want to sell 5000-6000 IS-Fs....good ruck getting parts.

Pricing is up on Lexus.ca now. $68.5K with blue tooth, etc...

Makes BMW Canada look like the bastiges they are for not lowering prices. The M3 in the US comes in at less than the ISF and C63. Why is the ISF cheaper than the M3 in Canada? Because BMW Canada is gouging Canadians!

I don't understand why we put up with shitty service. I get better service for my POS Subaru than I do for my BMW.

^^ The ISF will have Toyota reliability behind it. It isn't a high strung motor like the V8 in the M3. 416hp out of a 5L V8 is no miracle. It will actually have torque unlike the M3.
