Passenger Side Mirror assembly

Hi all - new member with a bit of a problem. I cracked up my passenger side mirror assembly and need to find a new one at a decent price - any ideas? I'll likely need to replace the whole thing and am seeing around $800-$1000. Any ideas? This would be for a 2012 335xi coupe.

Thanks in advance.

What's cracked? If just the housing you could get a new carbon fiber cover, ir possibly purchase a painted one from someone who switched to cf. Make sure you are looking only at LCI mirrors/covers. Earlier ones are completely different (smaller, better looking, probably less useful as actual mirrors...)

The assembly (except the cover and mirror) is sold as an entire unit. If your dealer is nice, you might be able to get them to price-match you to Tischer's price, which should be around $450.

The housing has a couple scratches, but it's the internal mirror frame that took the brunt of it (mirror is perfectly intact, but with the frame cracked it won't adjust and it prevents the housing from fitting on without gaps).
