a/c doesn't work-sometimes
Happened once about 8 months ago, a/c blower motor wouldn't work for 2 days, then worked just fine for 6 months. Happened again for 2 days about 2 months ago, then came back fine again. Last week, stopped working for 4 days, worked for 2, stopped for 3 days, came on 2 days ago just fine. If I drive the car 5 times in a day, it usually works all 5 or doesn't. Only once did it not work on start up then came on after 5 minutes of driving. All controls/displays look normal, just no air blowing, no matter what setting, low/high fan, auto, hot/cold, didn't matter, it either blows air or not. When it works, it works perfect, I can adjust fan setting, hot or cold, etc. Any ideas???

loose wire? loose fuse? loose relay?
Pull the climate control out the dash, remove the harness, check for corrosion, reinstall Then replace the fuse just in case and see if those 2 did the trick, if not, it may be a bad relay or something much harder to fix |

Sounds like a blower motor control problem p/n 64119222072. It is the resistor pack that is attached to the motor itself which allows you to vary fan output. Bad potentiometer is diagnosed by fan blowing at full speed or not at all; sounds like your exact problem.
