Squeaking sounds rear springs H&R

Hi,
I have problem with my 2007 330xd.
I have fitted H&R springs 2 years back and no problems till now.
Now the rear left squeaks for some reason while driving?

In addition Question to those who has or had KONI yellow and H&R.
Does ride still feel harsh comparing with OEM with springs?
Another question would be do they bottom out? I have now Z4M and E36
stuff on my factory shocks and it didn't help at all...
I saw numerous posts while searching around and still not sure what to do.
I do not want to fit anything expensive on my car as I will get rid of it in next year or two and no one cares if you have kw V3 or stock suspension then.
My other option would me lowtec v2 coilover but still I am not sure if that would make my car feel less harsh on bad road (e.g. bottoming out ).

Any ideas or sugestions apart of well known put kw v1-2-3 e.t.c.

In case you haven't solved the problem yet, and for anyone else experiencing the same issue the likely culprit is item 3.

That part is NOT a elastomeric bushing but an actual ball joint (spherical joint) - metal pivoting on metal and packed with grease. Water seeps past the rubber seal over time, and depending on whether you drive in an area where salt is used for de-icing roads, the ball joint rusts and seizes, producing a groan or squeak when the suspension is compressed/released.

The part only costs around $30.00 or so. Not a particularly difficult DIY but you need a bearing puller to do the job. Do both sides while you're at it.
