This is what I'm going to try next...I get the P30FF with Cobb but it goes away when I run stock boost. My DV's have 100,000 miles on them, idk if they can "wear out" at all.

I have the ER Charge pipe, and Forge DVs, have run 18+ PSI multiple times with the Procede no issues. And I can build boost just fine where the most boost is happening (2500-5500) no code there, it comes down to when it tapers.. so makes no sense to be a "real" leak.. but I could be wrong.

I had no issues with boost leaks on stage 1 and stage 2+ caused me to get a leak at the fmic and chargepipe connection. We are only talking about psi jump of 3-4 psi, but it was enough to cause a connection that was fine to start leaking. I would check all the connections.

I've thrown misfire codes on stg2+fmic in 3/4 high rpm, but the car stutters - so don't think it's the same issue. Runs fine stock though... Unable to replicate. Thinking bad coil pack...

Running Stage 2 with Dp's and intake. Since it's gotten colder and moved to Stage 2 (don't know if it's coincidence) I will randomly get a shudder under load with partial throttle. It throws the following codes:
P0303 P2AAF P29CF P2C77 P29D9 H2FDB Service light comes on, I reset the codes, and it runs fine for a while. This has happened 3 times since installing Stage 2. I ran stage 1 for months with no issue and the plugs were changed ~ 1k miles ago. Any ideas? |

How can you tell if it's the stock DV's? How do you test them to see if they're not able to hold the boost?
I'm getting a 30FC (Exhaust fume turbocharger, Density - Turbocharger, boost pressure too low) on the v203 Sport map, when doing a WOT pull in 4th. Didn't get it when doing the pulls on the v301 map... |

We'll not exactly, your fuel pump was on its way out and the increased fueling demand just expedited the process. Im at 41K and still on the original pump, i'm curious as to how it will hold up to the fueling demands of stage 2 myself. Hopefully the currently available HPFP will solve the problems, but that's the same thing that gets said everytime a new one shows up lol

Ok, so to update my findings from earlier.
I can replicate the shudder issue at will on Stage 2 Aggressive. Shows the P29CF cylinder 3 misfiring every time Change it to the Stage 2 Sport...no CEL's Still think it's the HPFP? |

In that case i would lean more towards a coil. Try swapping the coil to a different cylinder and see if the misfire follows it
