Originally purchased/traded off of Steveeek. Looking to move into an FR-S, priced to sell quickly.

Engine has never been touched. Car is garage kept and mint. I had Trushine Eric Witt (a dupont registered detailer) make the trip for a full paint correction and optigaurd the entire car.. you can find the writeup here- http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=643233

Since Steveeek had the paint correction done I've kept up with regular wash / hand drys and just a weekend ago I clay barred / buffed the entire car and waxed it so still looking shiny and new .

-BBS reps * with curb dmg (came that way with the trade) wrapped with good tread (NexeN)
-50k mile maintenance already done with rear brake/rotors replaced
-65k oil pan gasket / oil filter housing gasket replaced by Roadshow BMW of Memphis under CPO (slight seeping, enough to get a new ones under warranty ).

I have the original suspension and trunk lid to go with the car.

Just out of curiosity, what would you price it for NOT so quick sale?

I don't know lol I assume that would mean it would cost more $25,000-25,500ish. I'm looking at $23,500 seems fair for compared to everything else I'm seeing (mostly stock cars).

I'm open to offers though of course .

I forgot to mention I have all the maintenance records from day one up to now (from BMW). Let's people know it's been a well maintained car and saw BMW when needed.

ALSO: I have every maintenance record since day one, always serviced at a BMW dealer. HPFP, coil packs, injectors replaced under warranty at 45,000 miles. Turbos and waste-gates have shown no issues or noises ever, I auto-cross this car once a month with my auto-cross group.

Looks really clean. One thing I did notice, might just be the picture itself rather than the car, but is there a stitch coming undone on the passengers side rear seat? PM me if you would prefer.
