HID Headlights

I have been looking at getting a set of HID lights for my car and found an MTEC set that claims to be "error free." My question is, do any of you guys with NON Mtec HID lights get an error on the dash or anything?

How do you know that since you are sitting comfortably in your car while they are driving down the other side of the road getting blinded?

09+ E90 had built in projectors regardless xenon/halogen

06-08 E90 had built in projectors for only xenon...halogen lights DONT have projectors. A white E90 runs around here with 20k blue hids in reflectors and its annoying as fuck.

Really? Are you positive? That's so strange - I see facelifted e90's all the time w/ headlights like these:

I'd imagine I'd get pulled over if my lights are blinding people? I live in a small city....
If my lights blind people....I think they'd flash their high lights at me....they never do.

Yah wtf are you talking about. I have LCI halogens on my car. they are deff just reflectors, no projector there pal.

now maybe your referring the bowl that a headlight like that would use, exactly what you see on toyota prius's and older lexus's.

So what bulb is the main headlight, is it H7, same as the DRLs/ High Beams? Or is it something else?
