Words fail me. If, as a country you are allowing your citizens to own guns then you have to accept that abysmally stupid accidents like this one will occur. I don't think he should be indicted. He should be at least nominated for a Darwin Award.

You are supposed to relax the lungs, exhale slowly and dont squeeze the grips too hard. Also, don't try and anticipate the shot, let it come naturally as you squeeze the trigger. Try not to tilt your wrist either, bend your thumbs forward and follow through after the round is fired.
