Navigation screen gone Red
So this strange thing has been happening with my Nav screen and it happens at random times. I've brought it into the dealership once already, and they changed a cable but at the time, I could only describe the screen as being red, but since it happened again I took a pic on my blackberry.
Has this happened to anyone before?

The last time I took my car for service, they put me in a 335 loaner that kept doing this every 3 minutes. All the settings were frozen and audio was turned on and stuck at one effed up station. Every 3 minutes, the screen would turn red and reboot the iDrive system. Navigation or any other controls, not even the volume knob would work. I took the loaner back to the dealership immediately and they told me they were aware of it and asked me to keep driving. It was so annoying that I couldn't care less for the 335i loaner and couldn't wait to get my car back.
I have read that there is a software update that may fix this issue, but I am not sure.
