Just installed LUX H8 V3

Ordered my set on Tues and got them on Fri. Super fast shipping! The install was a little difficult because of the tight space but once you get the first one in, it'll be cake for the other one. It's once you know HOW it fits in there. Anyways here are pics from my iPhone 5. Couldn't really capture the true color but it looks amazing in person. Very satisfied and happy customer

Definitely not worth the money looks the same as a few of the other sets I have tried for half the price. The current ones are actually brighter then the LUX

I got these off of eBay and they are great. No error codes and they look as good as any of the more expensive options. 20 Watt 4-LED CREE Angel Eyes

These look to be about the same: H8 20 Watt 4-LED CREE Angel Eyes

Congrats on the buy and mod but these almost looks like my GP Thunders 8500K which I bought for only like $20.

These dim to about 1/3 brightness with the headlights on, are not protected against EMI, and are not fused so if anything goes wrong with them they could melt or cause significant damage. Just an FYI about them.

As someone who bought some garbage ones from http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/ who is on the same server as Jeff at topgear and had one of his blow upon install. I am happy to give lux a try. If they don't work out they will have more to protect to make it right.

The return fee and policy for them being installed was bogus at high performance bulbs

Your lights were damaged upon install and that is the reason they do not appear correct
