They have answered my PM's quickly and I'll be ordering my lip from them without a doubt! Seem to have great customer service to me. Ignorance of their policy isn't an excuse to try to publicly bash them.

Sorry about the trouble.

I was just worried because you weren't replying to my emails and I really expected to get some kind of answer. I thought that the parts would have been delivered within a week and of course I did not know about your office move eg.

I have also been reading from the E90 site about your good reputation and so I kind of expected you to answer right away. With the web shops it is not than uncommon to get no reply's or no service at all and then the customer does not know is the stuff coming or not. I will be then expecting the parts some time next week. I will post this to E90 site.

Thanks again and hopefully your move to new premises goes well.

I never had a problem with Tischer. In fact, the little leather case I ordered for my keyfob arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. That PO Box thing is what messed things up for you unfortunately. Just have to be patient man.

I would definately not mid having to wait a little while longer even if I was in the US and they weren't moving. Their huge price cuts are definately worth it.

Freak, the pitty here is that you can't reply to my PM's asking you for more information about your order in a timely manner....but you consistently put down our customer service every chance you get. Jason and I are not mind readers....so a little cooperation on your part is required. Once you answer my questions about your order, I'll resolve the situation asap.

I've never heard anyone from here complaining about TischerBMW.

Jason has my vote! I dealt mostly with him.
