Not blaming you, kind of warning you that this whole forum is quick to jump on vendors and the like. Smallest flaw in your approach and they attack you like wild vultures.

I understand where your coming from.

$2400 for pair of billet turbos is a steal. The stock frame turbos for evos all around $1700-$1800 for a single turbo and here you are getting 2. Im sure mike will post a new dyno sheet with all these hiccups fixed. Coming from building a 800hp evo8 my self, the pricing on performance parts on the 335i are very reasonable comparing to building an evo.
Thanks... I recognize that screen name..

Very nice... best part.... BMW won't be able to tell you modded the snails... I think once more data is available that these will be favorite among boosters. No offense against RB, and the the others... I have yet to see a power band like that on anyone else's upgrades. That doesn't mean they don't exist but just alot of mixed reviews and very little finalized data that is well presented. Good Luck AWD! When I stumble across $2500 I will be giving you guys a call!

Correct.. For someone who wants to run a panel filter, tune, exhaust and turbos the car wont look over modded at the dealer and they shouldnt give you any trouble like if they saw after market turbos on the car..

Why would it matter at that point anyway? You upgraded the turbos and all repairs are on your dime at that point. Pretty simple...

While I completely agree, we have come to the era where the vehicles can be picked up used for the mid to low $20k range. This now puts it in the realm of those who may not have as much disposable income. That said, perhaps they should also consider something more economical overall if they are pinching pennies.

There are not many here that had purchased their vehicles years ago and still have them. I see a handful of names that have been here long enough to know the realities.

And congrats to Mike @ AWD Motorsports, looks like a nice option down the road.

I may need to stop by the shop the next time I am down that way on business. I have been doing some work over the last year at a company right next to the Executive Airport in northern Ft. Lauderdale and by the looks of it, your shop is right around the corner.

Not if they dont know they are upgraded.. Most dealerships you can get away with basic bolt ons but turbo swaps will void your warranty for sure.. If they cant see you upgraded the turbos its 1 less headache when you for warranty..
