Yessir. That's correct. You can always download them from the site, but they are built into the firmware. They just don't appear until you start the install process.

Also, the v100 maps are incompatible with Accesstuner and the new firmware, so you will need to update and move to the v200 maps for any pro tuning (with ATP) or personal tuning once ATR is released.

I don't mean to thread jack....but any IJE0S flatline progress for N54s? I understand it's a serious task to determine which tables are messing things up.

OK back to your normally scheduled N55 programming. I can't wait to see you guys start putting up serious numbers soon.

I'll be running some logs on Stage 1 Aggressive..my mods are in my sig. I'll then check them on virtual dyno to see approx what kind of power I'll be putting out. I will say as soon as i touched the gas after flashing the car, it was unbelievable how much you notice the difference especially in the low end...

This is gonna be a great weekend with lots of spirited driving
Can't wait to get back home and try out the new maps

You should be ok with a drop-in filter, but an aftermarket intake will help the engine breathe in the top end. You can always log to make sure everything is happy.

Just tried out the new map (stage 1 sport). First reaction is that it's MUCH much smoother. The boost builds naturally now as opposed to being sort of imprecise and oscillating at points. Much less turbo lag as well. The old map was horseshit by comparison (sorry but it's true).

Definetly had oscillations where the car would jerk while gaining in rpm for a bit and then stop and proceed smoothly. As soon as i finish class and finish this project today, I'll be tossing on revision 2 stage 1 agg and go have some fun.

Josh, is it cool f I send you a few logs to make sure everything is running alright.

+1

I have only driven about 20 mins with the V2 maps but stage 1+ Aggressive feels smoother and possibly a bit stronger (maybe what I want to sense).

I've been having timing pull to the tune of 3-4.00 on V1 maps so hopefully the V2 will look cleaner after some logs this weekend.

Come on in boys.. the water is fine!

I was pulling .2 and 1.9 on V1 maps in cylinder 1 and 6 respectively. Eager to see how V2 changes it.

When you say they don't appear until you start the install process, meaning the install of the new firmware or actually uninstalling and re-installing on the vehicle?

I updated the firmware successfully but still see v100 maps within the AP manager, when I connect to the car they should show v200?. I was going to download and copy the map manually but it tells me the map doesn't match the vehicle the AP is installed to. My old maps all say 98D0B and the one I downloaded does as well, so I'm not sure why I'm seeing that error. I'll probably just go connect it to the car when I get out of work but I figured it was worth asking.

They will be there when you install on the car. The v100 maps will be grayed out and you can delete them via AP Manager since there are incompatible with the new firmware.

Any chance we'll be seeing ethanol maps in the near future? Hopefully it's possible with all of the new developments.

Hey Josh ran 3 pulls but only 2 were good pulls. Then I got hit with two codes. One of them was "ECU with no description" the other was P36BE with description of ECU encoding. Any help. I'll have the logs up soon.

Shoot me an email with the codes. Its possible that something didn't reset properly. I put out new firmware today that will fix it if that's the issue, but I'll give you specific instructions if so. Nothing that will harm the car, but I don't want anyone to get codes.

Okay great thanks. It ran great. The boost was so strong and linear doing second gear pulls from 2500 rpm. Power was incredible. Car felt extremely strong. Just some timing though that was a little higher then expected. I'll shoot you those logs when I get back. Thanks

Tried the new V2.00 maps on my N55 135i a couple of minutes ago. Pulled a few WOT 3rd gear logs, and here is the best one I got with "Stage 1 + FMIC Agressive" map, with zero bolt-ons and outside air temperature just at the freezing mark (32F/0C):

If the graph from virtual dyno is acurate, I made 355WHP and 373lb-ft of torque, but notice how the bosst is slightly irregular.

I scrolled through the CSV file, and turbo boost reaches 11.2 PSI from 2500 to 5000 RPM, with the V2.00 map (1st graph). With the V1.00 map, I reached 12.5 PSI, but produced less HP + torque (2nd graph), weather was a couple of degrees warmer if I recall. Is this normal behavior?

v2.00 stage 1 + FMIC aggressive map

v1.00 stage 1 + FMIC aggressive map

v2.00 (blue) versus v1.00 (red) stage 1 + FMIC aggressive maps

No. That's not whp. This is @ the crank. Divide by 1.09

Can someone post Stage 2+ Aggressive for me? I have 360whp / 480ft-lb with my JB4 @ 20psi and want to see if the cobb achieves the same. Really want to get one.
