Hifi radio coding

If I have an audio install that was wired incorrectly can coding fix the issue ?
I have a hifi radio and I believe that both the underseat mid bass kickers and the trunk J.L. Audio sub are getting their signal from the rear speakers aka high pass / high range signal which is why they sound horrible .So if I had my radio remotely coded to a different radio like say a base radio would that fix my problem ? Meaning would they then play the correct lower bass frequency range ?

Also can anyone please tell me the correct way to wire the stereo ? Such as where to get the correct signals from ? Thank you

Garage List
I took the signal from underseat woofers, it is a full range but as most amps have the LP to cut the bandwidth to desired sw range (30-120Hz) it should work fine for you as well.
I am not sure about coding v. rear speakers, I have the impression that they get high range no matter what of sound option you code in. But others may clarify this.

Coding won't fix wiring problems.
I can't see that after all the pro help you have had from
your local shops you are still having problems unless they
are a bunch of hacks. I thought all your signals where going
directly into a DSP/Amp and not driving any speakers.
The normal way to hook things up is to always use a full
range speaker meaning the doors in general before the signal
goes through any kind of crossover or right of the head unit.
(to drive your aftermarket amps)

The High range signal should be equed by your amp setting's if
it's a good one. Some ultra cheap amps have no eq.
Then it comes to what is your definition of horrible.
It doesn't rattle the car and that's horrible because that is
what you want.
It's distorted ?
It doesn't have enough presence?
It's not loud enough?

The under seats don’t have enough presence and isn’t playing the right frequency range like they did with the factory ones there . It’s not wired right I just know it .
