If all agree on Great Falls drive -- here's the route I mapped out. Only thing to worry about is slower traffic ahead or a few traffic lights.

I have also printed copies of the route and will bring a bunch for you...

FEB 24th Starbucks HH Road Run

Begin 8381 Leesburg Pike (Pike 7 Plaza)
Begin up Westpark Drive
Left on International Drive (turns into Spring Hill after Toll Road)
Continue on Spring Hill Road

Back from the meet...

That was quite a drive. Thanks WxSquid for coming up with the idea/concept and thanks to Scottz71 for route planning.

That was a great course. A little bit of everything: varying radii turns, switchbacks, elevation changes, sweeping corners, straightways. Great call. The enthusiasts in all of us thoroughly enjoyed it

More importantly, it was great meeting the new members: WxSquid, cycler2, sstarch1 and MDman. It was obvious we all shared the same passion

And great driving by all, especially the turbocharged front runners.

Credit to MDman from coming out of nowhere to catch up with the group.

I'm back online now. What a blast it was today! Sorry it took me so long at Starbucks. I missed the group photo waiting for my Frappucino.

The drive was absolutely terrific. Huge thumbs up to the route planning committee.

I have a ton of fun every time I drive my E90 -- but seriously, today was the most fun I've had in some time. I'm glad we have such a good crew here on e90post. You guys are great!

It was a long night yesterday and by the time I got home this a.m., I was back in a car with the realtor looking at houses. That ended at 2:00, at which point I was about to fall asleep in her car I was so tired.

I figured by the time I woke up from my nap, you hooligans would all be heading back home. Next time. The drive sounds great btw

Tripod in the back seat. The reason you can see the RPM dial through my right hand is because I had the remote release sitting on my lap -- I'd click to open the shutter, then put my hand back on the wheel. Next time, I'll either drive just with my left hand or put the camera on a 2-second delay.

WHOHOO!

guys what an awesome time today, i was so excited during the first part of the drive that i forgot to make my side bolsters tight...i realized this when i also most ended up being a passenger in my own car.

Great roads, especially some of those super skinny windy ones, glad i had Scott in front, other wise i dont think i would have had the "jewels" to take some of those humps at that speed....

Beautiful cars, great people, ah....and g-forces.

Cant wait for the wine and drive...especially if those roads Scott mentioned are on the planed drive.
