E90 front lip options?

I may have been mistaken in the cost i was looking at earlier for the MTec so my comparison may be off, but still thinking I mean lean towards the OEM splitters myself.

not to jack the thread but here are some options if we can figure out what they are. what lips are these?

Is this Hamman bumper with Vosteiner lip?

the first pic is Acs Add on front lip, second pic is M-tech front with VRS front add on lip!!

Also is it possible to get the chrome accent on the stock bumper? the long part between fog lights...
