I wasnt really fussed about heated seats but the car had already been built with them.

They cant half burn your arse if your not careful

Just need to try my little 160Gb Western Digital hard disk in the usb port. Even though 8Gb will cover most of my music collection.

lee888, just to let you know the Pro Nav upgrade cost is £385. The first dealer i asked about doing that said it couldnt be done, until he found my car already built with it. And remember that leather is incuded in the Edition model.

Cheers m8, studied the options catalogue well and yes the heated seats does cook yer backsides!Had a go in the new X5 fitted with it.

About the stealers they arenot very knowledgeable about the edition models and options, like you had problems with them.

I'm surprised the spec you wanted was already built and in stock, I wonder if mine would be.

Good looking motor stephen3rd, it's a shame all the colours weren't available otherwise I'll like the Le mans blue.

Beauty mate! This is exactly what I want... Only might have gone for Carbon black - having already owned a silver car and currently owning a black one, I know that sounds insane!

But still shame they dont allow us to have the normal M Sport colours on the edition models. As said in a couple of other threads I've replied to, I'm not looking to replace the Honda just yet and am probably thinking late this year... Hopefully in time for the facelift... But I was just wondering if any, what sort of discount you got from your "Stealer"? 10% maybe more?

Thanks,

Terry.

Discounts from the stealers regarding edition model in my local area were a bit weak, I mean they were giving a load of excuses that the car came with a generous options as standard so thats yer lot mate and the usual cr*p about no margin in it.

So I'm going to use the broker route where there are good discounts available.

The edition models might be withrawn before the facelift so the extra kit they are throwing in might not be available then, which after seeing the pics of the facelift models I'm still deliberating whether I buy now ( extra kit for £1000) or wait for the september with the new model!

The Edition 3series cars are a short term sales boost ore facelift in September. I believe the facelift cars will have interior tweeks and a new idrive/nav unit as per new 7 series. Hence the price incentive for these options. Just about to finalise my order as i need my new car sooner than I planned. See below

A great looking car, the rims look spot on. I was not sure about them before.
Are you still happy with the car?

Fantastic, still loving it.

It is run in now so i am thinking about my power options now.

Something like the spider box i think as it is easily removed come service time.
