That's good. I don't like the existing combos. If I were to get one, it'd be sport exterior, luxury saddle brown interior, then high gloss black trim with aluminum accent.

The modern interior is just awful. Bland sea of beige, reminds me of the new Porsche interiors, just worse. I really like the current E92 interiors in beige (moreso than the black, I think), but the F30 in beige just looks awful.

Bingo. I understand the logic now if that is BMW's plan. It makes it cheaper/easier for them to build the cars if they offer pre-configured models - just look at Honda. You get your Accord either base, LX, or EX. Then pick color. That's it, really no options. Boring, and everyone drives the same car.

I'm 100% fine with the "line" idea as long as I can still go "a la carte" and order one how I want it.

Unfortunately it doesn't work quite like that. If you don't go with one of the lines, you start with a basic 3 series body. You can change colors and wheels but you can't get trims or accent pieces that are available on any of the lines. Similarly, you can only choose between black and beige leather for the interior if you don't go with one of the lines. Trim is either wood or aluminum, similar to the current E90. If you want saddle brown interior, you'll likely have to go with the Luxury line (kind of annoying, I know).

That's all kinds of weak.

Yay, E90 finally needs brakes at 43k+ miles. Was getting worried I wouldn't get my free brake job before 50k.

Also, shot summer tires + 50 degrees + heavy rain = not ideal on the highway.

I don't think my E90 will ever see 43k miles...she just went over 30k a couple weekends ago...my goal is never to pay for BMW service again

I hear that. If I don't have an F30 by 50k I'll be upset.

But I drive a lot. 43k on E90 plus 30k on company car (and the company car is a year newer).

Another happy report of BMW Gallery Sudburry.

The car is like butter now. So glad I got to use my stupid careguard warranty for at least $1k before that stupid thing expires. I feel less ripped off now about being suckered to buy that warranty.

Sport seats coming soon too! Well only the driver seat is guaranteed, but the passenger seat should be coming as well. Maybe now I can enjoy the car a little more

just got back from Ethopia this week, found out my parents have been driving on a flat tire for who knows how long- I'm just glad the tire stayed on the bead

Swapped out for the winter wheels. Gotta throw on the snowboard rack in the coming weeks. Bring it on winter!

They're saying 3-5in now and gusts over 50mph. For anyone who hasn't switched over to winters, be careful out there!

Do you have a set of winters? My buddy has a 335i and he just takes it easy and he gets everywhere!

I have some blizzaks but they are on my other wheels. I just hadn't switched them in time. I hope the blizzaks are good enough to make it through this season.
