Got some p40 reps, pics up soon, but question...

If I get the H&R springs with the wheels 235/35/19 and 265/30/19, ET35 and ET33 respectively(I believe), will I run into any issues like rubbing, or will I be fine?
Thanks

You'll be fine. You shouldn't have any rubbing at all!

Wheels:Style 220 (M3 reps) 18" 225/40/8J front and rear....not sure about ET 35 or 38
Tyres: Fulda Carat Exelero
Suspension: Stock

The car needs to go down, I have doubt between Eibach Pro-Kit and Sportline springs. Any suggestions? Also spacers are required, I'm thinking about 20mm rear. Is that to much?

20in. BBS Reps (staggered)

Hey guys,
I've read this entire thread and you guys have been very helpful. I recently just purchased some wheels from a fellow enthusiast and I was wondering what I can do to make the rear tires fit the wheel better. The rear tire seems like it isn't wide enough to stretch to the edge of the wheel. I hope I don't have to get wider tires because it's already on 285's so maybe a different brand might help? I'm on stock suspension but looking to get H&R sport springs for a nice drop. I know I'm going to have to roll my rear fenders. The wheels are currently in storage until spring when the weather clears up so I don't have a picture of what I'm talking about but here are the specs:

BBS Reps wrapped in Falken FK-452
20x8.5 offset 20 on 235/30/20
20x10 offset 25 on 285/30/20

P.S. My wheel style is similar to that of Brocklanders post above.

Thanks in advance.

^I don't see how 285 tires stretches on a 10" wheel.

I've got 285/25/20 Falken on 20x10, and the tire side walls are completely square.

Here are Style 224, on a 330xi.

The tires are from a MZcoupe which have a diameter about 1 inch bigger than the standard e90 diameter.

225/45/18; 255/40/18

8x18 offset 42 minus 12 mm spacer - effective 30 offset.
9x18 offset 30

A slight rub on the rear since I am running 19x10 et25 as I plan to have the rear fenders rolled tomorrow morning. I am not running spacers and I'm on stock sport suspension. Also I can actually do U-Turns with no rub. I went aggressive with the wheels and proved it can be done, with only a fender roll for the rear on e90 LCI's!

Thanks for the reply remmib,
Yeah I thought it should be fine too but the edge of the wheel sticks out of the tire and has a small gap in between that looks like duck lips. Maybe it just needs to be inflated but the tires seem fine. I guess we'll see when I put the wheels on.

Hey remmib, this is the gap I was referring too. Are you on 452's also? I want the tires to fit over the wheel to protect it somewhat but with these I really have to be cautious.
