Hi All,

I just replaced my front brakes and pads and have noticed a shimmy at around 65mph (cruising, no brakes applied), then goes away around 75mph regardless of road conditions. I've also noticed that when I brake at highway speeds, I get a wheel vibration as well.

I'm going to take it all apart this weekend and tighten things up but I wanted to check and see if there was something I'm missing here.

Sounds like you replaced rotors, right? Clean the mating surfaces very well and made certain the wheel is properly seated on the hub's lip? Carefully torque the lug bolts in a star pattern to make sure it's all even and the rotor won't be deformed? Just asking...
